Sunday, June 7, 2009: the Buffalo Pride Parade and post parade festivities. The parade line-up begins at 12 noon in the Kleinhans Music Hall parking lot and step off is at 1 p.m. The parade will proceed east on North St., then continue north on Elmwood Ave. to Bidwell Parkway. Where the parade ends, there will again be areas for vendors and organizations to set up tables as well as food and beverages available for purchase.
We need volunteers to…
Table at the event from 10:30 am—4:00 pm (this time frame will be split into 2 hour shifts) call to sing up for a shift
Walk in the parade meet at Kleinhans Music Hall parking lot at 12:00 pm (Noon)
Clean up crew at 4pm the help take down everything from the tabling station (the more hands we have at this time the faster things will go)
